Hyph is looking for a Growth Marketer who’s performance-obsessed, creatively scrappy, and fluent in the language of data. You’ll run the full funnel — from “saw it on TikTok” to “this app changed how I create music.”
This is a high-impact, fast-paced role for someone who gets excited about building from zero, scaling fast, and unlocking new growth levers in the consumer music-tech space. What You’ll Do
Own and scale the growth engine
Drive user and revenue growth across paid, lifecycle, and product-led channels.
Run paid performance
Manage acquisition campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, Snap and new channels - testing fast and scaling what works.
Build lifecycle programs
Design high-converting in-app flows to activate, engage, retain and monetize users across artist, creator and fan segments.
Unlock product-led growth
Partner with Product to identify and execute PLG opportunities - from onboarding flows to referral nudges to upsell paths.
Test, learn, repeat
Run experiments across the entire user journey. A/B test everything from landing pages, App Store pages to conversion flows to creatives.
Own the data
Track key metrics (CAC, LTV, retention, payback), analyze impact and work closely with Finance to forecast and budget.
Collaborate cross-functionally
Work closely with Product, Design and Engineering to ship experiences that drive growth and feel uniquely Hyph.
What We’re Looking For
3 - 5+ years of experience in growth, performance or lifecycle marketing - ideally from a consumer facing app.
Proven track record running and scaling paid media with healthy ROI.
Strong understanding of email/CRM/lifecycle marketing and personalization.
Fluent in growth metrics: CAC, LTV, retention, payback period and funnel dynamics.
Creative mindset and sharp eye for great design and copy.
Resourceful - comfortable making things happen with limited resources.
Excellent communicator and collaborator across disciplines.
Bonus: experience in AI-native, music, or creator-focused products.
