What this means in practice
Transparent by design. Clear attribution and understandable revenue flows when artist content fuels a remix or interactive session.
Licensed, always. Everything in Hyph is cleared, licensed, or directly commissioned. No gray areas.
Fair to artists. We prioritize models where artists benefit as their sounds travel, across remixes, stems, and participatory formats.

• Strong foundations in backend engineering (Python preferred – but any solid language experience works)
• Confident in database modelling and familiar with cloud platforms (we use AWS, but experience in any cloud stack is fine)
• A doer mentality and high self-leadership
• Some real-world experience (ideally from a startup)
